Services for Businesses

Have a look at my most requested services and see if it fits your needs. Do you need something different? Just send me a message and let me know how I can help:
Write a short email where you explain your project or call me and tell me about it. 15 minutes of chatting with me is always free, no strings attached.

Websites are becoming more and more personal than they ever have been. Companies show their employees faces on a team page, support staff respond to customer requests using their actual profile picture and name, even more so on corporate social media channels.

What if your employees don't feel comfortable having their photo on their website? In addition to that, your marketing team tells you all photos have to be in the same style, for corporate identity reasons and branding. So what are you gonna do?

Here`s where I come in: Get some modern looking digital portrait illustrations of your employees for your company's website or on your business cards. We will discuss which illustration style is appropriate for your company to make your marketing team happy, too. Your company colors, your logo, even the clothing of your employee can be adjusted for your custom drawings. You just send me your employee's photo, it can even be that nice-looking selfie that you took the other day in the office. The background doesn't matter, the only important things are the angle and the face. Like that you can order a new illustration any day, whenever you need it for a new employee.

You can get show even more personality using these illustrations, if you choose to incorporate some decorative objects. How about adding Christmas hats for your company's Christmas cards this year? In digital illustration, I can add those at any time, no problem. You can use one portrait illustration for multiple occasions this way.

To give you a rough idea of what this project may cost, here is a first idea of pricing. After we had a chat I can tell you the exact pricing for your project.

Each portrait (lineart)

75 Euro per person

Need more than 3 portraits?

+ 50 Euro per person for portraits 3-9

Need 10 portraits or more?

+ 45 Euro per person for portraits 10+

Decorative objects (lineart)

25 Euro per object

Decoration / details

  • Shading (dashed, dotted, pattern, different stroke widths) + 25 Euro per person + 10 Euro per object
  • Coloring + 10 Euro per person + 5 Euro per object
  • Colored & shaded + 25 Euro per person + 10 Euro per object

Your website is too plain? Or you do use images, but they are "all over the place" and it doesn't really look "put together" yet? This problem especially arises when your topic is very technical or complex: But you need those graphics, your topics need explanation. You don't win over customers with just plain text these days, do you?

Do you have that problem? Then here's how I can help: I illustrate simple objects starting at 25 Euro per item. These illustrations will be vector-based files and can also be used for your booth on that industrial fair to be scaled to whatever size you need - nothing gets blurry. You need that same illustration to be printed and fit onto your car? No problem at all!

At the same time, you will please your marketing team, because they are telling you your illustrations need to be matched to your corporate design. Because in digital illustration, I can adapt your images to any style you need, so it all looks put together in the end.

Now maybe you are thinking "this sounds great, but in my topic there is no objects to illustrate!" - Maybe your website is about mental health, backend systems or something "boring" or "not pretty" like a dentist maybe? You may be surprised what possibilities you are missing out on, if you don't use images to illustrate your topic. A good artist THRIVES when given challenging topics to illustrate! πŸ™‚ I'd love to discuss your topic and suitable illustration styles with you!

To give you a rough estimate of what pricing for your project may look like, here is a bit of an overview. After we've had a chat about your project, I can tell you more accurately what to expect in terms of pricing and outcome.

What makes a "good" logo? Can you do it yourself with one of those logo maker tools online? If so, what do you need to watch out for? If you are in Germany: What is there to be thought of in terms of trademark law and does your name have to be in the logo?

If you are just starting out with your company, you may have many questions concerning your logodesign. Or maybe you already have a logo, but you are unsure of whether it is "good" or not. You are considering a redesign, but you are not really sure what does and does not matter for your new design?

Every once in a while I scroll through Google image search to research logos of certain industries. And sometimes I wonder when some of those companies realize what they have gotten themselves into πŸ˜‰

Not everyone needs the most expensive logo designed by the worlds' #1 graphic designer. But there are some easy mistakes to avoid when designing a logo, if you want to save yourself some trouble, time and money in the future. Your logo is a core piece of your corporate design after all.

I am very passionate about logodesign. Bad logos that fall into beginners' traps make me a little sad... but I like to be happy! That's why I came up with this no-strings-attached logo consulting package for you:

30 minutes of consulting for your logo: 30 Euro

In a short elevator pitch you briefly describe to me what your company does. And I will offer some guidance on what I would watch out for in your case, if I were in your shoes. I'm sure with my advice you will be able to create a solid first logo for your company with some logo maker tool. Of course you can also hire me to do your logo for you, if you have higher demands on your logo - but not everyone has that, and I get that. Not every company needs that perfectly designed logo right from the start, and sometimes it's smart to invest your time and money elsewhere. With this consulting package I want to offer some guidance on what is important in terms of logo design in your specific case. Whatever happens next will be your decision alone. And I am looking forward to stumbling upon your logo in Google image search one day, and think back and be like "This company got it all right!" πŸ™‚

You need the best logodesign for your brand? You have high expectations? Your company is really important to you, and you would love to have a logo that is so well designed that you might even get it tattoed one day?

Wonderful! I L.O.V.E. logodesign. Maybe you are wondering "well but what is it gonna cost?" - that depends!

Scenario 1: You already know what your logo should look like, you just need someone to actually DO it. Someone to create that file with that design for you. Wonderful! I can do that, and that's not gonna be too expensive.

Scenario 2: You don't really know yet, what your logo should look like? You are unsure what you are looking for, you only know you want it to be THE. BEST. logodesign for your case? Awesome! I recommend you look into my package "Logodesign Consulting". In only 30 minutes we will figure out what will be the next step for your perfect design.

To give you a rough idea about costs, here's how I work:

Logodesign: 75 Euro per hour

Calculation Example 1: You send me a scribble of your simple logo, you already decided on your font and colors. I create that professional vector logo file for you and maybe that takes an hour: 75 Euro.

Calculation Example 2: We discuss your company and possible logo ideas for half an hour. I create scribbles for an hour and you decide on your favorite idea out of the suggestions that I created for you. I'll create your logo file and send you a few color suggestions and you decide on your favorite. All in all, that'll take around 4-5 hours = 300 - 375 Euro.

Calculation Example 3: We discuss your company, possible brand / company name ideas, we brainstorm together and discuss pros and cons of colors, designs, names, EVERYTHING for 3 hours. Then I scribble for 3 hours for that several ideas we came up with and I create 3 finished designs for you to choose from, because you want to see the final designs in variations before making your final decision. You decide on one version, but you want to change another few details and we work together for another 3 hours on those changes. In total, that would be 3 + 3 + 3 + 3 = 12 hours - 900 Euro.

What makes "good" Corporate Design? Can you create that yourself? Do you need a designer? What should you watch out for in terms of trademarks or copyright? And what does it all cost?

When you are just starting out with your company, there may be a lot of open questions you need to answer. Or you already have a styleguide for your company, but you're not sure if you should stick with it? You're thinking about doing a redesign, but you're indecisive because you don't really know what is important and what is not?

Hi, I'm Hanna and I L.O.V.E. to talk about design! Ask me anything!

Not everyone needs a 100 page long styleguide. But you can save yourself lots of trouble, time and cost on the long run, if you keep some simple basics in mind when creating a styleguide. Your corporate design and your styleguide are core components of your corporate identity.

I have seen many styleguides in my years of working in media design. There are "good" and "bad" styleguides, short ones, SEVERAL 100 pages long ones, 10 year old ones, and those ones which get updated once a week or so via email by some design agency (people are NUTS!).

But WHAT is really important? To give you a brief overview, I offer this no-strings-attached corporate design basics consulting package.

30 min of consulting: Basics for your Corporate Design: 30 Euro

In those 30 minutes you give me a quick overview of what your company does - and I advise you on what to pay attention to when you create your corporate design (or have it created by someone else). Afterwards, you decide how you want to proceed. If you would like to continue working with me, that's awesome - after our initial consulting I can give you an overview over what getting your design done by me will cost and what you will be getting for your money. Or you decide to work on your design on your own or with someone else? That's wonderful, too! After our discussion you will know the basics of what to watch out for, you will know what you need and don't need and can move forward from there with your next steps.

Do you have high demands on your corporate design? Your company is your baby and you would like to have a corporate design that reflects your personality?

You've come to the right place! πŸ™‚ /p>

I have seen many styleguides in my years of working in media design. There are "good" and "bad" styleguides, short ones, ones that are SEVERAL 100 pages long, 10 year old ones, and those ones which get updated once a week or so via email by some design agency (people are NUTS!).

If you already know what kind of design elements you need for your corporate design, and a rough idea of what those should look like: Wonderful! I can do that, and that should not take too long.

On the other hand, if you don't know yet what you actually want or need, let me recommend my "corporate design consulting package". You tell me about your business, I tell you about corporate designs and styleguides - and afterwards we will have an idea of what is right for you.

To give you a rough idea about costs, here are some basic example calculations:

Corporate Design / Styleguide: 75 Euro per hour

Scenario 1: You've already got your logo, corporate colors and fonts defined. All you need is someone who creates a nice-looking letterhead, business cards and a basic styleguide. Let's say I spend 2 hours on your basics, that would be 150 Euro then.

Scenario 2: You already have a logo, colors and fonts defined. You regularly need new business cards for your employees, a letterhead, flyer, mugs and a booth for industrial fairs. We have a 30 minutes call where you brief me on those things, and you send me all texts and images that I should be using. This might take 5 hours including a short styleguide as a pdf. That would be 375 Euro then.

Scenario 3: We talk 3 hours about your corporate identity, vision, mission, colors, shape language, fonts, competition in your industry and how to stand out with your corporate design. Then we do a redesign of your existing logo (3 hours), business cards, a flyer, letterhead, booth for the next industrial fair, a first draft for your new website and templates for Instagram posts, stories and for Pinterest pins: That would probably be somewhere around 15 hours of work or more, depending on what we come up with: 1125 Euro

What is "good" webdesign? What does "mobile first" mean and what about SEO? What is all of that gonna cost?

Maybe you feel a little overwhelmed with all of the questions in your head concerning your (new) website? I'm here to help!

I created my first webpage in 2008 - "hardcoded" with HTML and CSS. I then tried Typo3 and Joomla, because google told me I need a CMS. Then I learned frontend development (theming in Drupal). I taught myself some SEO and learned about IT security. "Mobile first" and "responsive webdesign" where just becoming popular back then, just like "online reputation management", social media and "social credibility".

If you really wanna know what is important for YOUR website, let me tell you one thing: It depends! For 10 years it has been my job to "translate" back and forth between "normies" and "nerds" and I would love to do that for you: Let me explain to you what you REALLY need to know before you create your website.

Sometimes, "normies" will experience that some "nerd" tells them stuff they absolutely "need". Do you really NEED that 2 billion dollar per month all inclusive website package? What is really included in that package, and are those things the ones that YOU need for YOUR business? Will you end up in customer lock-in with what they are trying to sell you?

That's exactly where I thrive: I love to explain complicated stuff in easy to understand ways, because I know that's just not your core business! Don't let anyone tell you that you NEED that 2 trillion dollar website package from them - if you don't really understand what is included, what is not, and have no idea what of all those things YOU actually need for your business. Every business is different, and so is yours.

Let's get an idea of what you actually need:

60 min requirements consulting for your website: 60 Euro

In 60 minutes, you tell me about your business - and then I tell you what that means for your website. I give you a brief overview over what to watch out for, what beginners mistakes to avoid and how to stay away from customer lock-in. Afterwards, you know exactly how to move forward from there.

My goal for this package is that YOU know what you actually need and don't need for your website and that you have clarity on your next steps on how to get where you need to be.

Help! I need a (new) website!

Congratulations! Deciding on getting a (new) website is the most important step to getting one! πŸ™‚ But what is next? If you have no idea how to proceed, I recommend you check out my "Webdesign & Website Consulting" package.

If you kind of already know what your new website should be like, then please continue reading here! πŸ™‚

I've been working "somewhere around webdesign" since 2008. First I created websites as a service for my customers as a media designer. Then I studied business information systems and worked in IT projects as a manager, which often times included websites, apps and other online media projects. I know a bit of everything: What is important, what is not? What works, what makes a difference, what is just stuff that agencies want to sell you but you don't really need? I thrive in concept and project management around webdesign. If you want your website professionally created by someone, but you don't really understand what they are pushing on you: I'm here for you to help you navigate on jour website journey.

If you need a very simple website, I might just build it myself for you - and you can save yourself hiring anyone else. But my expertise is not actual website building (anymore). That's why for more complicated websites, I will help you with my expertise:

Webdesign & project management for your website: 75 Euro per hour

To give you a rough idea about what that may mean for your case, here are a few sample scenarios:

Scenario 1: You need a very simple webpage. Maybe one of those "onepagers" or a website with just a few subpages. Maybe you'd like to create your website yourself, because you wanna keep it up-to-date yourself, too. You have a bit of an idea about technology and design, so with a bit of advice you think you should be fine. You just don't know where to start: Jimdo, Wixx, Squarespace? Maybe Wordpress? Which one is right for you, which plugins do you need, what is not necessary? You've watched some YouTube tutorials and now are seeing ads for courses, services, packages... you're not sure what you should buy? I'll guide you on your way to your simple website and talk you through pros and cons of each of your ideas and those ads. Maybe you need 2-3 hours of consulting with me while building your website, then that would cost you 150-225 Euro for my services.

Scenario 2: You have a medium complex website in mind, and you got offers by a few webdesign agencies. The pricing shocked you quite a bit and now you don't know how to move forward. Do you really need all of those things? Are those prices legit? What are you gonna get for that kind of money? I'll have a look at those offers with you and talk you through all aspects. I'll explain to you what is needed in your case and where you can save money - maybe you will be surprised that the most important aspects of your website is the things that YOU are gonna do yourself in any case? Maybe we need 5 hours of consulting in total until you finished that project with that webdesign agency. That would mean you pay me 375 Euro for my services and have that comforting feeling, you got the best website you can possibly get for your case.

Scenario 3: Your website is a special case. In the past, you've established a connection between your ERP system and your website and you can't have that connection break. Yet you know your page needs a redesign and new functionality for the future, and some technology updates as well. Maybe you need to switch service provider, because you have been unhappy with their services for a while. But the quotes by those new service providers that you contacted are ridiculously high - and you don't have anyone in your company who can really evaluate them. In addition to that, you don't have the time to supervise the change process yourself, and that project may take months to complete. I can help with that! I can accompany your meetings with the service providers, advise you and oversee if what they are trying to sell you is what you actually need. Maybe you want me to be part of the scrum team who will build your new website? I will participate in scrum dailies and weeklies and report progress back to you in easy to understand ways - because you have other things to do. Depending on how big your website project is and how intense you want me to accompany your project, I might work on your project for 5 hours per week. So that would be around 1500 Euro per month until your new system is up and running.

We're all looking forward to having more real life industrial fairs, right? Do you already have your new booth ready? Or maybe you need a well designed mug to gift your customer as a present? Or you need some other print product, and you know you should be ordering online because it is way cheaper than your marketing agencies next door wanna charge?

I can help with that!

Since 2008, I have been creating print media of any kind: Whether it is offset printing, digital printing, screen printing or laser cut files: No problem at all. You need a foil sticker for your car, a lightbox for your strorefront, advertising banners for a site fence? A booth, advertising material, merchandise? I've done it all. I can help you with finding the right producer for your needs and create those print files for you. Whatever you need, I can help you find the best solution for your print project.

Project Management Print: 75 Euro per hour

To give you a rough idea about cost, here are a few example scenarios to calculate:

Scenario 1: You've found a online print product that you like, but you had trouble when uploading your print files? You contact me, send me your data, I resolve the problems and communicate with that online printing service for you. Maybe I need an hour for that: Then for 75 Euro your problem is being resolved and your new pretty mugs get on their way to be delivered in time.

Scenario 2: You have been ordering business cards or flyers at your local printing house for 10+ years, but you actually are aware that their pricing is outrageous and service is so so. You'd like to order your printed matter online in the future, because you've heard it's good value, but you don't know what to get where and how to create those print files yourself. In that case, you might invest into 2-3 hours of my time, so I create templates for your basic print media that you regularly need - and together we look into online printing providers and find the best solution for you. In the future you pay half the price for those things because you've invested 150-225 Euro in my consulting one single time.

Scenario 3: You have your weekly advertising printed with your local printing house, and they also distribute those ads for you. You don't want to switch printing house, but you want a fresh new design so you are looking for a freelance designer to do your weekly printing files for you. Maybe that takes me 1-2 hours per week to do, including communicating with your favorite printing house, so you don't have to worry about anything and take care of your core business. That would be 300-600 Euro per month for my services as a freelance designer for print media.
